It is purpose-built for C6.4 and C6.6 engines, including C6.4 ACERT, C6.6 ACERT, 1106D-E66TA and 1106D-E70TA variants, ensuring accurate fuel metering and stable injection timing under the demanding operating cycles of 1106 series industrial power units.

Manufactured from hardened alloy steel with micron-level machining tolerances and a precision multi-hole nozzle, the injector operates at fuel pressures above 1800 bar with a maximum working pressure of 2000 bar. Protective surface treatments resist corrosion in harsh site conditions, while every unit is individually tested for injection quantity, return flow, leakage, response time, spray pattern and solenoid resistance.
